Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Communicate professionally with potential customers

• Gather and update customer information

• Enter information accurately into our CRM system

• Schedule appointments for our sales team

• Work toward goals and contribute to team success

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Comfortable talking with people over the phone

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

• Comfortable using a computer and email
