Position: Unit Manager (Downtown and East end)
Areas : Bexley, Downtown, Easton Area, Gahanna, Lancaster, New Albany,Newark, Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, Westerville, Whitehall and Worthington.

Key Tasks:

- Manage controllers (General Cleaners), Floater and supervisors
- Train controllers & Retrain (when needed)
- Identify and develop key staff -(e.g. floaters and supervisors)
- Fill-In Cleaning
- Coverage of open accounts
- Ensure employee have checked in each night
- Complaint/request follow-up (orange QC)
- Inspections (Orange QC)
- Assist in resolving over-budget cleaning issues
- Submit daily operations report at the end of your shift (Orange QC)
- Communication with controllers and other key staff 
- Supply delivery (when needed)
- Assist for crew with building access, alarms, etc. ( when needed ) 
- Report to designated EC Maneger 
- Scheduled  check-in with EC Manager and other key staff at 4:00pm and 9:30pm
- Concentrate on your assigned area of buildings/employees. Work outside of that area only if your responsibilities in that area are completed a give night.

Other Items:
- Primarily, the key staff member will need to work on their own and not in "teams" or "groups".
- Development of people under them as the area grows.
- Attend EC key staff meetings/events
- EC reserves the right to reduce pay if a key staff member is not performing the job fully. It is not in the budget to pay a person a higher pay rate and they only do the tasks they prefer or like the best.

Schedule/Hours:
- Full Time - Weeknight working hours are typically done within the 5:00 pm - 1:00 Am timeframe - Can start as early as 5:00 pm but there is some flexibility to start time.
- Weekend Work as needed to cover openings.

- Pay - $17/Hour

- 401k Eligible ( after 1 year of employment AND if working 1000 hours/annually)
- Mileage Reimbursement (non-commuting miles) $0.17 per mile
