• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Occasional weekends as needed

• Flexible schedule required

Job Description

Environment Control is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high-quality service at assigned commercial accounts.

This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning who enjoys leading teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning/janitorial staff

• Assign daily work schedules and tasks

• Monitor employee performance and attendance

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met

• Train new hires on proper cleaning procedures and safety policies

• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory

• Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites as needed

• Communicate with clients and address concerns professionally

• Enforce company policies and safety standards

• Complete basic reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience (janitorial or commercial cleaning preferred)

• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, tools, and supplies

• Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Flexible availability, including occasional weekends

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
